Free parking can be found in the attached lot in front or in back of the building. The back entrance of the studio also has a ramp.

What to expect

Please complete your intake form online before your appointment. This allows us to prepare for your visit and ensure your service is tailored to your needs.

You are welcome to chat or rest comfortably during your service. Modesty wraps (sarongs) and robes are available.

A relaxation service is any service with a minimum duration of one hour. We can adjust anything to ensure your comfort, including temperature, blankets, socks, or pillows.

Cancellation policy

A minimum of 24 hours' cancellation notice is required before your service date. If you fail to cancel with a 24-hour notice:

  1. Package service: forfeit one service from the package/series

  2. Non-package service: lose the spot and pay a 35% as an inconvenience fee

NOTE: Multiple rescheduling/cancellations will result in refusal to book unless your services are paid in full in advance.

Last-minute openings

Last-minute openings are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

  1. 24-hour notice or less on our Facebook Page and Instagram Story.

  2. Once your spot is confirmed, you will receive an invoice via email. You will need to prepay $35 to secure the last-minute opening. Cancellation policy still applies. There is no refund for a "no show" status.

Tardiness

Please plan ahead for your appointment.

If you arrive late, your service will still end at the scheduled time to respect other guests.

If you are unable to arrive on time, your service duration may be shortened accordingly.

Payment methods

Most guests choose to pay by card.

Cash and checks are also accepted.

Please note: checks are considered pending until the transaction is fully completed.
